Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened tea packages. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, we offer the following:
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send a photo and description of the issue to [your email address], and we’ll gladly ship a replacement or issue a refund.
Unopened Items:
Unopened, unused products in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Digital Products & Gift Cards:
All sales on digital downloads and gift cards are final and non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once your return or issue has been reviewed.
